Cold Weather Comfort Food

Cold Weather Comfort Food

I am sitting here in Arizona where it hit 80 degrees yesterday but I realize that many of you are freezing. This post is for you.

I have included a few recipes that I have posted here before and I am also including a couple from my friend Wendy’s site Around My Family Table. I hope you find something warm and yummy for your cold little tummy. If you do, be sure to share it with your friends.

Easy Tuna Casserole (Celebrating Family)

Cream of Mushroom Soup (Celebrating Family)

Vegetarian (or not) Chicken Pot Pie (Celebrating Family)

Delicious Mac and Cheese with a Crunchy Topping (AMFT)

10 Can Chili (AMFT)

Enjoy and stay warm!

  1. Making Our Life Matter says

Okay, I have a great idea. You send me your 80 degree weather, and I will send you my 20 degree weather. Isn’t that a great deal?

  2. Karen Greenberg says

I think I can eat all of those no matter what the weather! Enjoy our 80 degrees. This weekend is supposed to drop in temperature again. Maybe it will be a perfect time to try one of these recipes.

  3. Oh, these sound good. We’re supposed to be going from 50 degrees to 14 within two days. I know what to plan for now! Thanks for the ideas!

  4. Visiting from Family Time Tuesday. These look like great recipes! Also, I love your Google+ spot on your sidebar. Looks great & it’s such an easy way to follow!

  5. They all look good but it is the tuna casserole that I may have to make soon! We have had unseasonably warm weather up until today – I can live with that!
