Happy Fall! This is my favorite time of the year and one of the main reasons I love fall is because it features one of my favorite flavors: pumpkin! Today I guest posted over on Around My Family Table where I shared a recipe for a vegan pumpkin pie that is so very delicious. I have never made, let alone eaten, a pumpkin pie that did not have some sort of sweetened milk and eggs in it, but I made this pie with soft tofu and it turned out so good.
