Tomato Tortellini Soup

Tomato Tortellini Soup

Hi, I’m Ashley from Cute as a Fox and I am so happy to be doing a guest post on Celebrating Family today. Thanks so much for having me!

It’s headed into soup season and today I am sharing with you a nice hearty Tomato Tortellini Soup. It’s a great pantry meal. I usually have these ingredients on hand and the tortellini makes it a nice filling meal. The ingredient list looks long, but it actually comes together very quickly.

I really the love the sun dried tomatoes in this soup. They add a great flavor and texture. I also really love that you can easily customize this soup to your own tastes and preferences. Is there any ingredients you would add to make it your perfect soup?
