10 Mother-Daughter Date Ideas for the Holiday Season

10 Mother-Daughter Date Ideas for the Holiday Season

I love spending one-on-one time with my daughter. Because she is my second born, I do not get as much alone time with her as I did with my son who was an only child for 4 years. Add that fact with the busyness of the holiday season and it can be very challenging to have one-on-one time at all. I put together this list of fun and relatively affordable mother-daughter activities and I hope you will leave comments with your ideas as well. Let’s make quality time with our children something we never take a holiday from.

Mother-Daughter Date Ideas

  • Visit your local zoo.
  • Pack a picnic lunch and go to the museum.
  • Pack a shoebox for Operation Christmas Child (thru Nov. 19).
  • Make cupcakes together.
  • Work together at a food bank or other community service project.
  • Go window shopping at the mall (or shopping at the mall with a $20 budget).
  • Buy a toy for a Salvation Army Christmas Angel.
  • Have a picnic at the park.
  • Get your nails and/or toes done.
  • Go to a movie.

Have you done any of these activities with your daughter? What other mother-daughter date ideas do you have?  Feel free to leave a comment. Share and let’s talk about it.

Good day! This is kind of off topic but I need some advice from an
established blog. Is it difficult to set up your own blog?

I’m not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty fast.
I’m thinking about making my own but I’m not
sure where to start. Do you have any points or suggestions?
    Appreciate it

  9. Growtopia Cheats says

The center gauge is the character’s shield, which dictates how
many hits the player can take. They can’t be satisfied by smothering them with cupcakes or changing
the TV channel, so it’s important that you have a handle on activites in your bakery before you pick up that
phone and start making that cake. He killed the pawnbroker to
prove an idea but took her money and valuables. Of course, even critics with good Despicable Me review scores may brush it aside quickly, since Inception is finally on the way next week.
Adorable Red Wagon to sit and and be pulled around. My only complaint with Twister Mania is its steep price point of $49.
From all accounts, they led what appeared to be a glamorous lifestyle until World
War II hit. Instead of aligning your hands and feet on colored
circles like the original game, in Twister
Mania players must avoid, break, or fit into silly shapes that will have you and your friends bursting out into laughter.

If you are grouting then you require to let the adhesive
dry according to the directions. (For more information about

Your web site offered us with useful information to work on.
You’ve performed an impressive task and our whole group might be grateful
    to you.

  12. Hello fantastic blog! Does running a blog like this require a
great deal of work? I’ve very little expertise in computer programming but I was hoping to start my own blog soon. Anyway, if you have any recommendations or techniques for new blog
owners please share. I know this is off topic however I simply needed to ask.
    Appreciate it!

  13. Before leaving Phuket hotels for sightseeing, ask for directions on how to get to Old Town and see
its attractions. * Verify the services included and if prices are comprehensive of taxes.
In most cases the earlier you book your room the less expensive it will be, and the better your chances of getting the
room and location that you want.
